Overall, the most important thing is almost 100% percent particle filtration efficiency from every IQAir air purifier for particles down to 0.003 μm. This particle size range therefore includes all of the particulate pollutant types which are of most concern to users such as allergy and asthma sufferers (i.e., soot, pollen, dust mite allergens, smoke particles, fine dust, bacteria).

Shelf Life
Under normal indoor storage conditions the particle filters (i.e., PreMax- and HyperHEPA-Filters) have a virtually unlimited shelf life.
Under normal indoor storage conditions and if boxes remain unopened, the V5-Cell Gas & Odour Filter will also remain usable for at least 5 years.
